Eligibility
Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. For safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact our care team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
